Full Time Retail Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in The Only Bnb Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasion, size, and styling needs.
• Assist during fitting sessions and provide basic styling and outfit coordination advice.
• Handle rental bookings, appointments, customer records, payments, deposits, and receipts accurately.
• Explain rental procedures, pricing, terms, deposits, and return policies to customers.
• Check, prepare, clean, iron, and arrange garments to ensure they are in good condition and ready for rental.
• Inspect returned items and update rental records accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitting and display areas.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with daily operations, scheduling, coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
