Miniis Party is looking for a fast, execution-driven Content Creator Intern who is comfortable being on camera.

You will mainly be responsible for shooting and editing short-form videos based on scripts provided by the company. You will use CapCut to quickly produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

This role does not require you to come up with creative content ideas. The main focus is on executing scripts quickly, testing different video versions, and making fast revisions based on feedback.

Job Responsibilities

Shoot short-form videos based on scripts, content directions, and requirements provided by the team.

Film product showcases, party supplies, decoration processes, behind-the-scenes content, and simple on-camera content.

Edit videos using CapCut, including subtitles, music, pacing, transitions, covers, and basic adjustments.

Quickly produce video versions for testing.

Test different script versions, hooks, video pacing, presentation styles, and content structures.

Revise videos quickly based on feedback from the team.

Appear on camera for product introductions, demonstrations, unboxing, decoration processes, or simple content scenes.

Ensure videos are clear, complete, and suitable for social media posting or testing.

Requirements

Internship student, preferably from Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Design, or related fields.

Familiar with CapCut and able to complete basic video editing independently.

Able to shoot and edit videos quickly.

Able to follow scripts and instructions without needing constant supervision.

Comfortable appearing on camera.

Able to accept feedback and make revisions quickly.

Has a basic understanding of TikTok / Reels / short-form video pacing.

Responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks on time.

Able to complete multiple short video testing versions within a day.

Understands basic hooks, subtitle pacing, and short-form video viewing logic.

Basic knowledge of Canva, photo editing, or TikTok posting is an advantage.
