Full Time QHSE Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 20,000 in ManpowerGroup Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are partnering with a global provider of high-performance flow control systems and precision metal components for the semiconductor industry. They are establishing a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Penang and require a hands-on QHSE Manager to build the site's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental framework from start-up through full-scale operations.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards comply with Malaysian regulations and are embedded from the earliest stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the site's Quality Management System aligned with corporate standards and customer requirements.
• Establish the site's HSE management framework in compliance with Malaysian regulations.
• Support the industrialization and ramp-up of PTFE, rubber, and metallic manufacturing operations.
• Support Prototype and Production Go-Live milestones by ensuring quality and safety requirements are integrated into facility and process implementation.
• Prepare the organization for customer, regulatory, and certification audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Environmental, Safety, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality and/or HSE leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting industrial start-ups, new site launches, or major operational expansions is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ISO-based management systems and manufacturing quality standards.
• Experience in highly regulated, high-tech, or precision manufacturing industries is an advantage.
