Full Time Finance Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in Qson Industries(M) Johor - Maukerja

We are a growing group with operations across F&B, kitchen equipment services, and hospitality ventures in Singapore and Malaysia. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance operations across multiple entities and support regional growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-country environment and is comfortable balancing operational finance with strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities across Singapore and Malaysia
• Prepare group consolidationand consolidated financial statements
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting across entities
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities in both countries
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations
• Monitor expenses and drive cost control and efficiency improvements
• Provide financial analysis and insightsto support management decisions
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA / CPA / CA preferred)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Proven experience in group consolidation and multi-entity accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-border finance operations
• Comfortable in a hands-on role within a growing organization

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-business environments
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions and regional group structures
• Knowledge of Singapore (GST, corporate tax) and Malaysia (SST, tax) regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, or system implementation
• Experience in SMEs or high-growth companies
• Leadership experience or ability to build and manage a finance team

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
