Full Time Lecturer - Business Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in PS Intelligence Perak - Maukerja

We are seeking a passionate, committed and student-focused Lecturer in Business to join our Academic Department and contribute to the delivery of quality education for our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for Foundation and Diploma programme.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Mentor and support students throughout their academic journey.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with MQA standards, institutional policies, and partner university requirements.
• Participate in academic administration, programme reviews, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
• Engage in research, professional development, and industry collaboration.
• Support student recruitment, orientation, and institutional events.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
• Teaching experience at the education institution will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with MQA requirements and academic quality assurance will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about teaching, student development and academic excellence.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an academic team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
