- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, and HRIS.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower analytics.
- Manage the HR team
Who We're Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, also well-organized and detailed-oriented.
- Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage.
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
