Full Time IT Junior Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in PH Uni Palm Johor - Maukerja

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Junior Executive to join our dynamic team at PH World - Palm Oil Division in Johor Bahru, Johor. This position will be based at our HQ in Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru. As an IT Executive, you will play support, ensuring all systems (especially office-specific software) run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of our lT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Provide technical support and resolve issues for our employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Assist with evaluation, negotiation and management of lT service and hardware/software vendor relationships
• Lead or participate in lT projects such as system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and implement lT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize our technology resources
• Support for specialized application and system in our company
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and recommend improvements to our lT infrastructure
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Administration, Power Automate) is an advantage

What we're looking for

• At least Diploma in Computer Science, lnformation Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a similar lT support or system/network administrator role, preferably within milling or manufacturing industry
• Strong technical skills and expertise in managing and troubleshooting network systems, servers, and software applications
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining information security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve lT-related issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of database administration (e.9., MS SQL Server) and scripting language is a plus
• Proficient in Front End and Back End language is added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in lnformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
