Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall service centre (Workshop) operations and daily workflow
Lead, train, and discipline technicians & service advisors
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Drive workshop efficiency, productivity & profitability
Monitor KPIs, reporting, and performance targets
Ensure full compliance with Toyota standards and SOPs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (MANDATORY) – preferably in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years in automotive service management
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Solid technical knowledge of vehicle servicing
KPI-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilit
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
