Full Time Spot Colour Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Papercraft Johor - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strictly follow the prescribed operating procedures to carry out production activities and complete the spot colour mixing and formulation tasks assigned by the Process Department, while ensuring the required quality and quantity standards are met.

2. Create, test, and adjust spot color formulas to match physical swatches, brand guidelines, or digital proofs precisely.

3. Report work progress accurately and on time and provide training and guidance to improve apprentices’ work capabilities.

4. Maintain proper electronic records of spot colour formulations, handle leftover spot colour ink, and conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.

5. Be responsible for the proper care, maintenance, and upkeep of spot colour mixing equipment, and perform other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :

1. Familiar with spot colour mixing and formulation and able to handle colour-matching tasks independently.

2. Proficient in operating colour matching systems.

3. Education in Diploma or degree in Graphic Communications, Print Media, Fine Arts, or equivalent technical training.
