A project administrator supports project managers and teams by handling day-to-day logistics, maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking budgets to ensure work stays on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes.
- Create, update, organize, and archive project documentation and files.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and monitor basic budget utilization.
- Monitor overall project progress and flag potential roadblocks to the manager.
- Act as a primary point of contact for team communication and stakeholder queries.
- Order and manage team resources, supplies, or software tools.
Required Skills
- Strong organization and extreme attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with office software and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of financial tracking and cost management.
- Able to start immediately
- Prefably Johor Bahru resident
- Min 1 year working experience
- Diploma holder in related field preferred
- Possess own transport & valid driving license
