Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support retail sales associates.
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve sales goals.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with scheduling staff shifts.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
