Technical Sales role involving outbound engagements with customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden solutions. This will include interacting with both purchasing and engineering. The role includes troubleshooting complex customer problems, collaborating across customer service, operations, finance, technical teams and suppliers, and providing first level technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for trouble shooting complex customer problems, inquiries / service requests
- Collaboration with customer service, operations, finance, technical teams and suppliers.
- Responsible for the promotion of products and services
- Responsible for retaining sales in assigned accounts
- Provide first level technical support to customers
- Development and implementation of Key Account Management and Planning to identify additional business to penetrate accounts and secure greater share of customers supply needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit timely pipeline, forecast, activity and account-development reports.
- Coordinate the timely investigation, escalation and resolution of commercial, technical, quality and supply issues.
- Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers, attend and participate in relevant trade shows.
- Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources.
- Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, budgets, and all other reports as requested by Company, Customers and Suppliers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of B2B technical-sales or application experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCB assembly or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Practical understanding of solder materials and SMT processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling to multinational EMS or electronics manufacturers is preferred.
- Strong commercial skills, including pricing, margin management, forecasting and account planning
- Strong PC and computer software experience Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- Excellent communication and language skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical/discerning skills
- Exceptional listening and probing skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct the work of others
- Ability to work independently in assigned territory.
