We are looking for Corporate Social Sustainability (CSR) Executive *(Contract) to join our team!

*This is a Clustered position for Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang and Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang.

As a Corporate Social Sustainability Executive, we rely on you to

• Support the planning and implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives and programmes.
• Coordinate environmental, social and community engagement activities.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting sustainability performance and key initiatives.
• Develop and maintain sustainability-related records, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on sustainability projects.
• Promote awareness of sustainable practices among colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes and community initiatives.
• Assist with sustainability campaigns, events and staff engagement activities.
• Stay updated on relevant sustainability trends, practices and industry developments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Diploma or Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Passionate about environmental sustainability and social impact.
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in sustainability, CSR, ESG or hospitality is an added advantage.
• Experience within a large organization or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, accountability, and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to communicate priorities clearly and drive business results.
