Full Time Senior Production Technician (Manufacturing) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in Upscale Selangor - Maukerja

Production & Technical Operations

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform setup, changeover, and calibration of machines according to production schedules.
• Identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and material wastage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and yield.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and basic corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or process-related faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for complex equipment issues.

Leadership & Team Support

• Guide, train, and mentor junior production technicians and operators.
• Assist supervisors in shift coordination and manpower planning when required.
• Provide technical input and feedback to improve team performance.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead technician role is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and SOPs.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, or continuous improvement practices.
• Basic computer skills (production systems, MS Excel, reporting).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
