About Line Pilates Johor

Line Pilates Johor is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Instructor to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident in Pilates instruction, has strong leadership skills, and is able to support the development and performance of our instructor team while maintaining high teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Pilates instructor team in daily studio operations.
• Conduct high-quality Pilates sessions while maintaining professional teaching standards.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of classes delivered by instructors.
• Guide and mentor junior and part-time instructors.
• Assist with instructor scheduling and class allocation.
• Provide feedback and support to instructors to improve their teaching skills and client experience.
• Ensure instructors follow studio policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Assist with instructor training, onboarding, and development.
• Communicate with management regarding instructor performance, class quality, and studio matters.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and supportive team environment.
• Step in to cover classes when required.
• Support the studio in maintaining strong client relationships and overall service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of Pilates teaching experience.
• Previous experience as a Head Instructor, Senior Instructor, Team Leader, or similar role is preferred.
• Recognised Pilates instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, movement, anatomy, and safe exercise practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Professional, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable mentoring and providing constructive feedback to other instructors.
• Passionate about maintaining high standards of Pilates instruction and client experience.
