Full Time Site Security Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,800 in Delta Force Security Services & Consultancy Johor - Maukerja

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Enforce access control policies using security devices and barriers.
• Monitor CCTV and access systems at data halls and entry/exit points.
• Manage site access badges and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Conduct metal detection searches when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Identify and manage suspicious or unauthorized individuals, materials, or activities.
• Handle emergencies such as intrusions, fires, or medical incidents effectively.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and compliance with security policies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed incident and activity reports.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable communication tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have at least Diploma / Degree / Professional certificate
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background check.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year of data center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and security operations procedures.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and documentation.

• Physically fit; able to patrol, walk distances, and lift up to 10–25 lbs.
• May require occasional driving as part of duties.
