Logistics Specialist (Shift-Based)

Location: Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

Job Type: Full-time

Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday (Rotational Shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to join operations team in Medini, Iskandar Puteri. In this role, you will handle vital administrative functions, manage warehouse documentation, track shipments, and ensure seamless communication between warehouse operations, forwarding agents, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Records: Prepare and coordinate all shipping/warehouse documentation in compliance with operational standards. Maintain accurate operational reports, logs, and correspondence.
• Systems & Inventory Management: Maintain real-time data accuracy in SAP and WMS. Generate and reconcile regular cycle count reports.
• Operations & Delivery Tracking: Work closely with operations teams to ensure cargo readiness. Track active shipments with forwarding agents and promptly update domestic delivery statuses.
• Customer Communication: Manage professional customer inquiries via email to meet established quality and service standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Education: SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Hands-on experience with SAP or WMS is a strong advantage.
• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
