Basic Salary + High Commission

Data Center Specialists (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and generate new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is confident in approaching clients, building business relationships, and most importantly, turning opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and approach new potential clients.
• Promote and sell products and services provided by the Company.
• Generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in company events and activities when required.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or related field.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in approaching and meeting new clients.
• Strong sales and closing mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage own sales pipeline.
• Possess own transport.
