Full Time Manufacturing Engineer (Quality - Process) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Nissei Technology Malaysia Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the QC department to analyze defects, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, improve, and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition from development to mass production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D, and Maintenance) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and other regulatory/customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing or quality engineering (preferably in precision components, plastics, or related industries).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis), and ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 standards.
• Hands-on problem-solving and process improvement skills (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma are an advantage).
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CAD/software tools.
