We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Admin with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or F&B operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders (PO), purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate supplier orders, quotations, deliveries and follow-ups.
• Assist with ingredient and supply purchasing for outlets and Central Kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing and supplier information.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices and reports.
• Support supplier coordination, issue resolution and daily procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or F&B operations
• Experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred
• Good understanding of F&B ingredients, supplies, purchasing processes and supplier coordination
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage PO, purchasing documentation and supplier follow-ups
• *Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
