Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with a strong background in managing BIM implementation for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Candidates with prior experience working with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) or on L&T projects will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM execution across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee BIM model development, clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM requirements and industry standards.
• Manage BIM teams and provide technical guidance and training.
• Monitor project deliverables, schedules, and model quality.
• Generate and review BIM-related reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Support project planning, construction sequencing, and digital project delivery initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in BIM and construction project delivery.
• Prior experience with L&T (Larsen & Toubro) or handling large-scale L&T projects is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related BIM tools.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
