Job Summary
- The Crew Leader, Outlet Operations plays a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth and consistent daily running of DKSH's Consumer Goods outlet, delivering a positive and engaging in-store experience for every customer. This role combines operational ownership with frontline team leadership, contributing directly to outlet performance and customer satisfaction within the Sales function.
- Ensure consistent preparation and quality of baked goods in line with outlet standards to maintain product availability at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of product display units to uphold a well-presented and fully stocked outlet environment
- Uphold consistent housekeeping and merchandising standards across the outlet to support a welcoming customer experience
- Support gift wrapping and packaging operations to meet customer needs and expectations
- Contribute to effective product display and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement and in-store sales
- Deliver attentive and professional customer service to enhance the overall in-store experience
- Lead and guide team members in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent workflow
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Willingness and ability to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced operational environment
- Positive working attitude with a professional and customer-oriented disposition
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR), or an equivalent qualificatio
