The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and gain practical experience in HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, training coordination, and HR record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
• Support the preparation of employment letters, contracts, and HR documents.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in staff onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR activities.
• Assist in attendance, leave records, and staff documentation filing.
• Support HR in preparing reports and HR-related documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks assigned by the HR department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
