Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and developing new business opportunities within the Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding industry. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and delivering logistics solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and propose freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and sales agreements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure service excellence.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, sales activities, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and credit management requirements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4-6 years of sales or business development experience in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license.
