IT Business Analyst Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Globalcomm Solutions Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding and gathering customer requirements.

- Participate in project meetings for requirements, decisions and action items.

- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, requirement documents, process flows and project status updates.

- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders on project activities and outstanding tasks.

- Assist the project team in tracking project progress, issues and deliverables.

- Develop an understanding of customers' business processes and translate business needs into clear system requirements.

- Work closely with the project and IT teams to support software implementation and delivery activities.

- Gain exposure to software development lifecycle, system processes and basic IT concepts.

- Assist in testing, UAT preparation, issue tracking and post-implementation activities when required.

Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good documentation and organizational skills.

- Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

- Willing to learn about business processes, software systems and project management.

- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

- Basic understanding of IT / software concepts is an advantage.

- Is good to have Programming knowledge, but basic technical knowledge is preferred.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
