Full Time MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in SHUANGFEI WIRE HARNESS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Improve assembly flow, workstation layout, and cycle times using Lean manufacturing principles
• Lead root-cause analysis for manufacturing defects, scrap reduction, and first-pass yield (FPY) improvements
• Design and build ergonomic assembly boards, test boards, and error-proofing (poka-yoke) tools to maximize shop-floor productivity
• Support prototype builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-ups, verifying manufacturing readiness and conducting producibility reviews.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, cycle time, line balancing, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support new product development and production launch activities from prototype through mass production.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, BOM, and technical requirements.
• Conduct manufacturability reviews and provide feedback on product and process design.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation and evidence required for PPAP/APQP activities.
• Work closely with Quality Engineering to investigate customer and production quality issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.

Competency

• Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the wire harness, automotive, electrical/electronic, or related manufacturing industry.
• Experience with wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal insertion, harness assembly, and electrical testing is an advantage.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, and customer launch activities is preferred.
• ·Familiarity with automotive customer requirements and quality standards is preferred.
• Willing and able to travel within Malaysia when required to support product launches, customer joint verification, and supplier activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
