About the role

To lead the branch with full accountability for sales results, operational standards, and team development—ensuring consistent customer excellence and preparing to oversee multiple branches in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall branch performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Design and execute localized strategies to boost customer traffic and upselling results

• Analyze sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and immediate improvement actions

• Define clear KPIs for team members and consistently track team and individual progress

• Build a high-performing, motivated sales team through structured coaching and engagement

• Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous development plans for all frontliners

• Manage scheduling, shift efficiency, and manpower planning with fairness and foresight

• Foster a welcoming and trust-based relationship with key and repeat customers

• Act on feedback to resolve service gaps and build loyalty

• Ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently—stock, display, cleanliness, and SOPs
