Full Time QUOTATION ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Chemlite Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quotations based on customer requirements and drawings.
• Analyse product specifications, materials, processes and production requirements.
• Calculate product cost, tooling, material and processing costs accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production and Purchasing for quotation information.
• Follow up on quotation status and update pricing when required.
• Review customer changes and revise quotations accordingly.
• Maintain quotation records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quotation, costing or engineering-related work is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost calculation.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Authority

• Review and verify quotation calculations and cost details.
• Request necessary technical and costing information from relevant departments.
• Recommend pricing and cost adjustments for management approval.
• Revise quotations based on customer or engineering changes.
• Escalate quotation risks, discrepancies or cost issues to the Department Manager.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
