Full Time PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE CUM PLANNER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in RAPID TASTE FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

1. Production Scheduling

• Develop daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Prioritize jobs to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
• Scale the approved R&D recipe to a commercial batch, ensuring accurate ingredient measurements, proper use of equipment, and following the standard process
• Prepare and process authorization for mass production.

2. Material Planning

• Check material availability based on the production schedule. Request Form must be completed and submitted to the procurement department for approval and further action.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely material delivery.

3. Capacity Planning

• Analyze machine and labor capacity to match production demand.
• Instruct the maintenance team to perform regular inspections on the machines to ensure all components are functioning properly and there are no defects.

4. Inventory Stock Management

• Monitor raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods.
• Avoid overstocking or stock out by maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock movement and stocktaking activities.

5. Production Planning Support

• Plan and prepare production utensils, equipment, and required materials ahead of scheduled production runs.
• Arrange and verify availability of containers and labels based on product and batch requirements.
• Ensure all production tools and materials are prepared, clean, and ready for use.

6. System Update

• Use YGL System to manage and track production.
• Generate reports on production performance, bottlenecks, delays, and improvements.
• Update production records in the YGL system after production completion.
• Create and update BOM (Bill of Materials) for accurate raw material listing and product costing.
• Generate MO (Manufacturing Orders) to initiate and track production activities.
• Record raw material consumption and finished goods output in the system.
• Prepare production and costing reports for management review.
• Ensure production data in the system is accurate and up to date.

7. Production Monitoring & Coordination

• Monitor daily production progress to ensure production is running according to the schedule.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse teams to resolve any production issues or delays.
• Adjust production schedules when unexpected issues occur, such as machine breakdown or material shortages.
• Ensure production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement.

8. Problem Solving

• Identify production issues (e.g., delays, breakdowns, material shortages) and take corrective actions quickly.
• Support continuous improvement

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
