Full Time Production Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in MRD Johor - Maukerja

• Performance reporting: Compile and submit weekly and monthly departmental performance reports regarding output, scrap, quality, and safety.
• Planning & tracking: Check and submit the monthly departmental plan and trace report.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor inventory, report stock levels, and plan resources to ensure man, machine, and material are sufficient to achieve targets.
• Productivity optimization: Maximize manufacturing productivity using time studies, work studies, and work simplification strategies.
• Quality control: Prevent and reduce production rejects by implementing effective quality control tools.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Review and update departmental procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Continuous improvement: Lead departmental Kaizen activities.
• Cost & Environment: Develop practical manufacturing cost-reduction strategies and ensure only authorized, environmentally friendly direct/indirect materials are introduced and used.
• Ad-hoc duties: Perform any other related functions as required by the company.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience on a manufacturing shop floor (experience with wiring harnesses, cables, or electronics is a strong advantage).
• Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ERP systems (such as SAP).
• Work Schedule: Normal shift.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, sharp problem-solving capabilities under tight production deadlines, and clear communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
