Full Time Leasing Executive Jobs, in Country View Resources Johor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions

• Plan strategies and marketing for leasing residential and commercial properties.

• Develop and maintain close relationship with tenants.

• Responsible for all leasing matters pertaining to existing and new tenants.

• Ensure tenancy documents are in order and to collect payments within the set timeframe promptly.

• Monitor rental payments and to renegotiate renewal of tenancy.

• Other ad hoc matters which are required by the Management from time to time.

• Marketing campaigns via digital marketing/social media.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 or 2 years working  experience in leasing.

• Good command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and be a team player.

Working Days And Working Hours - 5-day work week (Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Salary : From RM5,000
