Full Time Senior Conveyancing Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Ibrahim & Kim Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Role Description The Senior Conveyancing Clerk / Lawyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Simpang Ampat, responsible for managing and overseeing property-related legal transactions. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and other conveyancing instruments, as well as liaising with clients, banks, developers, and government agencies to ensure timely completion of matters. The role involves conducting land searches and due diligence, monitoring key dates, preparing completion statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies. The Senior Conveyancing Clerk / Lawyer will also guide junior staff, maintain organized files and records, and provide clear legal and procedural advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and related regulations in Malaysia.
• Experience drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and other real estate legal instruments.
• Proficiency in managing case files, conducting land and title searches, and handling documentation with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and client-service skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and manage expectations.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Bukit Mertajam, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues, banks, developers, and authorities.
• Prior experience as a conveyancing clerk or property lawyer; admission to practice law in Malaysia is an advantage but not mandatory for clerk applicants.
• Comfort with basic office software and digital document management systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

5 Working Days :

Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm)

• Experienced in subsale, loan documentation, discharge, perfection, etc.
• Able to work independently
• Location: Simpang Ampat

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
