Full Time Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in A2 Automation Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

About the role:

Join A2 Automation Sdn. Bhd., a growing system integrator specializing in ELV, ICT, Security, and Automation Solutions. As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with safety, health, environmental, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Identify and prevent unsafe conditions and work practices.
• Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Conduct safety briefings and inductions for employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate safety programmes and activities at project sites.
• Monitor workplace conditions such as noise, dust, chemicals, and other hazards.
• Stop unsafe work activities when necessary.
• Liaise with the Main Contractor, project team, contractors, and other stakeholders on safety matters.
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety reports, records, and related documentation.
• Attend weekly safety meetings when required.
• Follow up on safety issues and corrective actions.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification/registration with DOSH/JKKP.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site safety experience.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and health requirements.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and with project teams.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• Possess own transport is an added advantage.
