Full Time Project Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in KENNWU MANUFACTURING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with Product Marketing or Business Development personnel to define the scope of potential development projects and initial product requirements.
• Create, maintain, and communicate product development schedules with sufficient detail to ensure that all assigned personnel and groups external to the department are aware of their tasks and due dates.
• Develop and maintain a project development budget that includes parts, tooling and external professional services for assigned projects .
• Identify internal and external resources required to support the product development schedule, work with department management to ensure that these resources are assigned to the project.
• Ensure that required product documentation (requirements and design/product specifications) is created and release in a timely manner to allow efficient design progress.
• Maintain the design history file (DHF) for the project throughout the development process.
• Represent the Product Development department on cross functional teams.
• Participate in required management reviews for assigned projects and present the Product Development status in these reviews.
• Coordinate and communicate project status with appropriate levels of management throughout the company.
• To maintain good housekeeping at all times with reference to 6’S stipulation on engineering floor and production floor.
• Responsible to general team works toward achieving Company Objective on productivity, rejects ad on time delivery as efficiency set by the company.
• Responsible contribution towards accreditation and maintain conformance of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949.

AUTHORITIES

• To release / on hold the masterbatch material or compounded material if found any abnormality conducting Laboratory Testing conducted
• To review training needed for engineering members
• To stop/hold the production if found any non-conformity
• In Charge for all Lab operation and documentation
• To authorized the product for running through mass production or actual production
• To monitor and responsible for the subordinate activities
• Evaluate performance of engineering member

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

• SPM /Diploma/Degree in Chemistry /Chemical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years experiences in Rubber Molding Industry

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

• Knowledge of rubber, silicone and related material
• Experience in molding and technical structure
• Development of formulation in mixing, extrusion, molding and technical structure
• Knowledge and capable in ISO 9001 / 14001 & ISO/IATF 16949 requirement
