Full Time Executive, Finance Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in MSM Sugar Refinery (Johor) Johor - Maukerja

The job involves supporting the Lead, Finance in financial and accounting tasks, including fund monitoring, bill certification, credit control, tax computation, stock management, and fixed asset register maintenance. Daily accounting postings, liaising with internal/external parties, preparing financial reports, and handling other assignments are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Partial Professional Qualification in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 1 year(s) relevant experience or non-graduates with 5 years relevant experience with good track record.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Lead, Finance.
• To monitor fund position, placement of deposits and transfer of funds.
• To check and certify bills / invoices.
• Credit Control function.
• To compute year end income tax liability.
• To monitor stock movement and product costings.
• Monthly stock count.
• Daily accounts postings in accounting systems.
• Fixed asset register maintenance.
• Prepare and manage tax computation for the Company
• To liaise with internal parties and operational staff on finance related matters.
• To liaise with auditors (Internal & External) and external parties ie Bankers, Customs and others.
• To prepare financial reports for management and / or external parties.
• Reply to surveys conducted by government bodies.
• To carry out other jobs assigned by the Head of Finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
