Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia
Required Education
- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 10 years in an engineering management position.
- Proven FPSO background.
- Experience supporting engineering delivery across project scope, budget, schedule, and final handover.
- Ability to support engineering strategy, planning, and leadership across FPS projects.
- Strong capability in overseeing engineering activities to ensure quality delivery within project requirements.
- Experience supporting technical and engineering decision-making for management.
- Ability to manage and optimise engineering resource utilisation in line with project needs.
- Capability to review, evaluate, and select suitable resources and consultants for engineering work scopes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build close working relationships across project, procurement, construction, and engineering functions.
- Commitment to promoting HSSEQ initiatives and supporting their integration into engineering team culture.
- Registered Engineer with Board Engineers of Malaysia (Required).
- Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer from a recognised professional body (Preferred).
