Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Batu Pahat. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The role involves developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, coordinate performance appraisal processes, and support training and development initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with management and teams to foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support overall organizational growth.
Qualifications

  • Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
  • Hands-on HR Operations experience, including documentation, and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Proven Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, counseling, and handling disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems or software.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
