Full Time Senior Resident Engineer-Resident Engineer (Consultancy Background) Jobs, in RRecruiter Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E design consultancy and site resident engineering teams.
• Perform mechanical/electrical calculations, design, planning, tendering, QA, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Lead project implementation from commencement to final handover.
• Attend project meetings and oversee project coordination and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant M&E design and project management experience.
• Strong skills in M&E building services design, calculations, estimation, documentation and supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM.
• Data centre project experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated.
• Own transport, valid driving licence and willing to travel.
