Full Time Equipment Engineer (Sputter-Plating) Jobs, in TF-AMD Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

1. Take responsibility for process control within the designated area, continually optimizing existing equipment to ensure product quality.
2. Handle equipment faults and execute PM plans to maintain a smooth production workflow.
3. Implement and verify cost reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility.
4. Collaborate in the acceptance of newly purchased equipment within your area of responsibility.
5. Manage equipment spare parts, including inventory, procurement, and technical verification.
6. Oversee the management of tools, kits, standard samples, and similar resources within the designated area.
7. Develop various equipment operation manuals and guidelines for tasks specific to your area of responsibility.
8. Lead the training of new employees within designated area.
9. Actively participate in TPM team activities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related course.
2. Minimum 5 years and above of industrial experience equipment maintenance experience.
3. Experience in Sputter and/or plating will be more advantage.
