Full Time Production Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HA LI FA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and deadlines to meet predicted completion dates.

· Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.

· Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

· Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

· Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.

· Schedule shifts according to production needs.

· Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

· Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption.

· Obtain output information and analyze production efficiency.

· Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to optimize workflow.

· Liaise with the sales division to determine customer requirements.

· Approve materials, cost, manufacturing equipment, and the size of workforce needed to manufacture goods.

· Predict how long a project will take to complete.

· Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions.

· Prepare reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.

· Assist/Give feedback to daily sensory evaluations on production to ensure taste, texture, and appearance consistency.

· Update formulation in SAP system as required.

· Create and calculate the cost for the BOM (Bill of Materials) for new products and suggest selling prices.

· Monitor stock balance and daily production reports for accuracy and efficiency to plan production schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:

· Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge

· Preferably with experience in production planning, material planning, or inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

· Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

· Knowledge of costing is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
