IT Technician
Based in Ipoh

Centre Side Express Sdn. Bhd. & Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Technician to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Perform IT maintenance and troubleshooting across all company branches.
Travel to various branch locations including:

• KSB (Kemaman)
• TBSB (Tok Bali)
• Labuan
• BKH
• JB
• Other company locations as required

Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues at branch offices.
Prepare and present IT maintenance reports to HQ Management at Klang Headquarters every 3rd week of the month.

Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support or a similar role.
Willing to travel frequently to different branches.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage branch IT requirements.
