Accounting analysts evaluate the financial statements of clients, usually companies, which include the income sheet, the balance sheet, the statement of cash flows and additional notes to other financial statements. They interpret and implement new accounting systems and accounting procedures and will analyse and determine if the proposed systems conform to accounting regulations and meet user information requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relations with Japanese customers
• Handles inquiries, concerns and complaints regarding various services, departmental
policies and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction surveys on department performance are administered at
least once a year to customers.
• Recommending ways to improve product quality and quantity
• Plan, implement and monitor marketing activities and campaigns to increase sales results.
• Implement effective marketing & development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain regular communication with Japanese customers.

Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

1. Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Create and manage spreadsheets and databases for financial information.
Assist in maintaining the general ledger.
Archive and file financial documents for audit purposes.
2. Banking and Reconciliation:
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Monitor and reconcile company credit card transactions.
Assist in managing cash flow and forecasting.
3. Financial Reporting:
Generate financial reports as required by management.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
4. Administrative Support:
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information.
Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Carry out duties assigned in the warehouse with compliance to GMP, GDP and GDPMD
- Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse, work according to the warehouse procedures
- Work by following warehouse’s SOP
- Perform cycle count as and when required
- Prepare goods delivery according to order received, ensure all goods are checked and packed before delivery
- Follow the recall actions in a timely manner according to the SOP upon obtained the distribution list and directions
1) Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders. Read and transact production orders, shipping orders, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. Preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) and check stock status.
2) Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; and reconciling variances.
