Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models for architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines in line with project specifications and standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with project teams to resolve design and model conflicts, and updating models throughout the project lifecycle. The BIM Modeler will prepare detailed views, schedules, and documentation derived from the models to support design, planning, and construction activities, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company and client requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and be proficient in relevant BIM authoring tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Modeler-related functions, including translating design intent into accurate 3D models.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, including coordination of multi-disciplinary services.
• Candidates should possess skills in interpreting and producing Construction Drawings and related project documentation.
• Relevant experience in BIM modeling for building projects, preferably within consultancy or construction environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred.
