Full Time Account Payable Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, validation, and payment-related transactions.
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor-related discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unusual items.
• Ensure AP transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documents and providing required information.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and finance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, reduce manual work, and enhance efficiency.
• Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions within finance operations.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to improve reporting, decision-making, and process effectiveness.
• Adopt and leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance day-to-day productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other finance-related projects as required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) / Finance Operations environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP processes, and financial reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with BlackLine and Ariba is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Candidates with experience in Shared Services / GBS / MNC Finance Operations, particularly those supporting multiple entities or regional finance operations, will be strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting Japan entities, Japanese stakeholders, or AP operations within a regional shared services environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
