Full Time Junior Quantity Surveyor (Aluminium - Façade Works) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in WT Aluminium Selangor - Maukerja

1. Prepared and submitted progress claims for aluminium and façade works (curtain wall, windows, doors) in accordance with PAM Contract / FIDIC

2. Evaluated and certified subcontractor claims, ensuring accuracy of site measurements and installed quantities based on approved drawings

3. Managed and priced variation orders (VOs), including design changes, material specifications, and site instructions

4. Ensured back-to-back claim alignment between main contract and subcontract works to protect project margins

5. Monitored project cash flow, including tracking of certified amounts, payments received, and outstanding balances

6. Actively followed up on payment certificates and collections from Main Contractor, ensuring timely payment and resolving delays

7. Liaised with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in claims and certifications

8. Maintained proper documentation including site records, correspondence, and claim submissions

9. Assisted in preparation and negotiation of final accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor in QS (or equivalent in construction, civil and structural engineering).

2. Required skill(s): AutoCad.

3. At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
