Shipping Intern (Bukit Mertajam)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Shipping Intern to support daily shipping operations, logistics coordination, and documentation processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in shipment handling, warehouse activities, and supply chain operations while gaining valuable industry exposure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Support daily shipment coordination with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in monitoring shipment status and ensuring timely delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, inventory updates, and filing systems.
• Support warehouse and logistics activities when required.
• Assist the team in improving shipping processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Minimum internship duration of 3–6 months.
