Full Time Finance Manager Jobs, in Seng Liy Engineering (M) Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

·      Oversee the overall financial performance of the Group and its subsidiaries

·      Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

·      Manage Group cash flow, working capital and funding requirements

·      Review monthly management accounts and provide financial analysis to management

·      Oversee banking facilities, financing and relationships with financial institutions

·      Strengthen internal controls, finance SOPs and approval processes

·      Monitor costing, margins, expenses and business profitability

·      Oversee Group consolidation and intercompany financial matters

·      Support management on investments, expansion, CAPEX and major business decisions

·      Oversee audit, tax and statutory compliance together with the Accounts team and external advisers

·      Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting and digitalisation

·      Lead, guide and develop the Finance & Accounts team

Job Requirements

·      Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

·      ACCA / CPA / CIMA / ICAEW or equivalent qualification is an advantage

·      Around 8–12 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience

·      Experience in group finance, manufacturing, trading or project-based businesses is preferred

·      Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, financial analysis, costing and internal controls

·      Strong commercial and analytical mindset

·      Able to translate financial numbers into meaningful insights for management

·      Hands-on, responsible and comfortable working across multiple companies and departments
