Full Time Quantity Surveyor- Fire Protection Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in UMJ ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Requirement

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any related field.

2. Skilled in cost estimation, tendering, quotations, and contract management related to Fire Protection System.

3. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

4. Able to work independently and in a team.

5. Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.

Job Description

1. Study and review tender documents, drawings, and specifications related to fire protection systems (e.g. fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression systems).

2. Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings.

3. Get pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and works.

4. Prepare cost estimation including material, labour, equipment, and other related costs.

5. Compile and submit tender documents including pricing, technical details, and compliance forms.

6. Support the procurement team after project award by preparing purchase requisitions and comparing vendor quotations.

7. Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

8. Prepare and update documentation such as cost breakdowns, BOQs, and final tender reports.

9. Ensure all estimates follow fire safety codes and client requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
