Working Location: Queensbay Mall, Penang, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Create meaningful moments with every interaction — help customers find products that best match their personality and style.
• Become a product & brand expert — confidently introduce our fragrances and body care essentials while spreading AGift’s story and values.
• Keep the store looking beautiful — restock items, tidy shelves, and make sure testers are always clean and ready to try.
• Spread our story with heart — show customers that choosing AGift With Care means embracing quality and making a positive impact together.

Requirements:

• Friendly, confident, and proactive interpersonal approach.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotating shifts.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory — we provide comprehensive training.
