Job Summary:
The Medical Nutrition Executive is responsible for promoting pediatric nutrition products, including children's milk formula, and selected medical devices to healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing scientific and product education, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote children's milk formula and medical devices to pediatricians, general practitioners, family medicine specialists, dietitians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, as well as confinement centers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Deliver scientific and product presentations, highlighting product features, clinical benefits, and appropriate usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training on the use of medical devices where applicable.
- Execute territory coverage plans and maintain regular customer visits.
- Organize educational meetings, workshops, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical nutrition, infant nutrition, or medical device sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare sales may be considered.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Melaka and Johor)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
